Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Aluminium Pro (“the app”, “we”) is a quotation and billing application for aluminium fabrication shops. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

The app calculates aluminium door and window quotations, draws the front, produces PDF documents, and records customer payments. It works offline on your device. Signing in adds an account: your quotations, customers, payments and shop settings are backed up to our server and shared across the devices signed in to your account.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account is meant for one shop. Devices you sign in are registered to it.
• You must be at least 18 to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid features (sync, official numbering, quotas) are sold as packages. Prices and limits are shown in the app before you pay.
• Payment is by direct transfer to the account details shown in the app. A submitted payment is reviewed by hand; your package activates when it is approved. There is no automatic card charging.
• Referral credit, when available, is applied against a payable order at checkout as shown.
• An activated subscription period is not refundable except where the law requires it. If a payment is rejected, nothing is charged and nothing activates.
• A lapsed subscription stops server features; your local data stays on your device.

5. Your content

• Quotations, customer records and payments you create belong to your shop. We store them only to provide backup and sync to you.
• The bill you hand a customer is your bill. The app calculates from the rates and measurements you enter — check the figures before you commit to them. We are not a party to the deals you make with your customers.

6. Fair use

• No fraud: fake payments, fabricated referrals or gaming of credits.
• No interfering with the service, other accounts, or the sync protocol.
• We may suspend an account for abuse, non-payment, or unlawful use.

7. Availability and warranty

The app is built offline-first: your device keeps working without a connection. Server features (backup, sync, activation) are provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted for maintenance. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

8. Ending the relationship

You may stop using the app at any time; your local data stays with you. You may ask us to delete your account and its server data. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will say why when we do.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Meaningful changes are announced in the app; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
