Built in Pakistan, for Pakistani shops

Measure the front. Get the cutting list, the totals and four PDFs.

The Aluminium Pro turns a 12mm glass front into glass sizes, D-48 and U SEC lengths, hardware counts, labour and a grand total — then hands each person the document they actually need. No signal required.

The evening job

The maths is the same every time. So why is it done by hand every time?

A front gets measured on site. Then somebody sits down with a notebook and a calculator and works out the glass sizes, how many lengths of D-48, how much U SEC, which hardware, the labour, the discount, the advance — and writes it out three more times for the workshop, the supplier and the glass provider.

  • One number wrong and the glass is cut wrong. An eighth of an inch is not a rounding error when it is already through the cutter.
  • Rates change and old bills quietly disagree. Every quotation here is frozen with the rates it was priced on.
  • The site has no signal. The work happens where the window is, not where the WiFi is.

What it does

Built around the day, not around the database.

Fast entry, arithmetic you can trust, and a separate document for each person involved.

Measure once

Enter the front, the door and its position. Glass sizes, hang pieces, D-48, U SEC and hardware counts all fall out of it.

Four documents, one press

The customer sees prices and terms. The workshop sees cutting sizes. The supplier and glass provider see materials — and no money at all.

Offline by default

Everything is calculated and saved on the device. When a connection comes back, your account gets a copy — nothing waits on it.

Your rates, your bill

Glass, labour, D-48, U SEC, hardware and silicon rates are yours to set, and they are frozen onto every quotation you finalise.

Your shop on every page

Name, address, phone and your photo or logo sit at the top of every PDF a customer receives.

Straight to WhatsApp

Share the customer bill from the phone in your hand, the moment you finish it — even standing on the site.

The Aluminium Pro on a phone: the New Quotation screen, step one of four

On the phone you already carry

No laptop, no cable, no "I'll send it tonight."

The whole thing is built phone-first: big tap targets for working hands, the grand total pinned under your thumb while you type, and every quotation saved on the device itself. Install it from the browser — there is nothing to download from a store.

  • The total moves as you type. Change the discount and watch the number the customer cares about, not a spinner.
  • Finalise on site, share on site. The customer bill goes to WhatsApp before you have packed the tape measure.
  • Your history follows your account. A new phone signs in and your quotations come back to it.

The work

For the shops that make these.

Shop fronts, sliding windows, glass doors and partitions — the everyday aluminium work that pays the bills.

How it works

Set it up once. Then it is three taps a quotation.

1

Add your shop

Name, address, phone, your photo or logo, and the rates you actually charge.

2

Enter the front

Height, width, doors and hardware. The total updates as you type.

3

Finalise

The bill is frozen with its number, its rates and its date. Nothing drifts after.

4

Share

Send the customer bill on WhatsApp; hand the cutting list to the workshop.

The person behind it

Software built by someone who actually sweats the details.

The Aluminium Pro is designed, written and supported by Muhammad Ahsan — a developer who treats software less as code shipped and more as a problem genuinely solved.

His work sits where creativity meets engineering discipline: systems in AI / ML, customer relationship management, point-of-sale, learning management, and hospital management. Different industries, one instinct — find the friction people have quietly learned to live with, and remove it.

The Aluminium Pro came from watching aluminium shops lose their evenings to the same avoidable arithmetic: the same fronts re-measured, the same cutting lists rewritten, the same totals argued over after the glass was already cut. It is opinionated on purpose, works without a signal, and is finished to a standard he would be comfortable relying on himself.
