About
The Aluminium Pro is a quotation app for aluminium and glass fabricators in Pakistan: it prices windows, doors, arches, kitchen cabinets and 12 mm glass shop fronts on a phone and turns them into PDF quotations. It carries the aluminium rate list, makes the customer quotation, the material list and the cutting list, works offline, and shares every PDF on WhatsApp.
The problem it solves
The Aluminium Pro ends the evening spent with a notebook and a calculator: the glass, the aluminium, the hardware, the labour and the total of a job are worked out as soon as its sizes are typed. That means fewer mistakes before the glass is cut, a finished bill that keeps its rates, and a quotation the customer gets the same day, on WhatsApp.
Who uses it
The Aluminium Pro is for aluminium and glass shops and fabricators in Pakistan: the owner who prices the jobs, whoever measures on site, and the workshop that cuts and fits. A one-person shop uses it on one phone; a bigger shop signs in on every phone, and they all see the same quotations, customers and payments.
What it covers
Who makes it
The Aluminium Pro is made in Pakistan by Avezea, a software studio, for the country’s aluminium and glass fabricators. Questions are answered on WhatsApp at 0317 7880059 and by email at mahsan7861100@gmail.com.
More about the app
The Aluminium Pro already knows aluminium and glass work, so you type only the sizes: the designs, the rate list, the glass and the hardware are built in. A spreadsheet has to be built and checked by you, and a calculator gives one number at a time; The Aluminium Pro gives the whole priced quotation, the material list and the cutting list, ready to send.
Yes, The Aluminium Pro keeps your quotations on your phone and copies every finished quotation to your account whenever you are online, so a lost or broken phone does not lose your work. Your customers and payments are kept in your account too, and come back when you sign in on a new phone.
No, The Aluminium Pro needs nothing from an app store: open it in Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone and add it to your home screen. It then opens full-screen from its own icon like any other app, works offline, and also runs in a laptop browser.
Yes, The Aluminium Pro works without internet: pricing a job, making the quotation, making the PDFs and sharing them all happen on your phone. A connection is needed to sign in, for a new phone’s first start, to back up and sync, to pay for a package, for your first PDF (which saves the PDF maker on the phone), and every few days to check your package — the app tells you how many; until then a new quotation waits, and the ones already made stay open.
The Aluminium Pro makes four PDFs for every quotation: the customer’s quotation, the material list for the supplier, the cutting list for the workshop and a glass sheet for the glass cutter. Only the customer’s document shows money; a window quotation also draws every design large, and a shop front’s papers carry a to-scale drawing of the front.
Not yet, The Aluminium Pro and this website are in English only for now. Sizes use the inch notation shops already call out on site.
