How to make an aluminium & glass quotation in minutes.
To make an aluminium or glass quotation with The Aluminium Pro, choose the job, tap a design, type the sizes and tap the tick: the app prices it and makes the PDFs to send on WhatsApp.
Set it up once; then it is a few minutes a job. The app is built for a phone held in one hand on a site with no signal, and a shop front and a set of windows follow the same steps.
Choose the job
Pick a 12 mm shop front, or windows & doors. A windows quotation can also hold corner and openable windows, fixed glass, arches, doors, slide doors, kitchen cabinets and panels. Add the customer now or at the end.
Choose the materials
For windows, pick the aluminium company, gauge and colour and the glass once for the whole job. Any item can take its own later.
Pick a design and type the sizes
Tap a design from the gallery and type the width and height on the app’s own number pad. Add each window and item with how many; the price shows as you type.
Check the running bill
Open the running bill for every item’s price, the total and the price per sq ft — and in See detailed bill, tap an item for its own bill. Add transport, extras and a discount there, or change a rate for this bill only.
Make the quotation
Tap the tick, add the advance and tap Yes. The quotation gets its number and keeps its sizes, rates and date; a later discount is saved as a new version.
Share what each person needs
Send the customer’s PDF on WhatsApp or download it. Give the cutting list to the workshop and the material list to the supplier — neither shows your prices.
Record the payments
Record the customer’s payments as they come in. Every phone signed in to your shop shows the quotation, and a new phone brings your history back.

The running bill
Three buttons under the total, the same on every job.
Tap the bill button at the bottom right — it carries the grand total — and the running bill opens: every item's price, the total and its price per sq ft, and three buttons for everything else, with the detailed bill under them. On a laptop they sit beside the cards.
Extras & Discount
Transport, silicone tubes and extras with your own names, then the discount on the aluminium in percent and rupees off the whole bill. A shop front also takes its labour here, as one amount.

Rates and bars: glass, labour and hardware rates for this bill only, and the bars and everything else to buy.

Make the quotation. It asks once. Add the advance, and the customer if you left them for last, then Yes.
Under them: See detailed bill — every line, and each item's own price and per sq ft. Tap an item for its own bill: its aluminium, hardware, glass and labour.
What it looks like
Made for one hand and a busy site.
Big boxes for the sizes, the app's own number pad, the total under your thumb, and nothing on screen that does not belong to the job in front of you. When it is right, the tick and Yes freeze the bill — and this is what the customer receives.

Does it work on a site with no signal? Yes.
The Aluminium Pro prices the job and makes the PDFs on the phone itself, so a rooftop in Gujranwala with no signal works like the shop. Make one PDF while you have a connection, and from then on PDFs work offline too.
- Install it like an app. Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen, offline, from the icon.
- Your quotations are yours. They are kept on the phone, and your account keeps a copy as a backup.
- Share works offline too. WhatsApp gets a real PDF with or without a signal. Make your first PDF with a connection, and again after some app updates.

How do I make an aluminium window quotation on my phone?
With The Aluminium Pro, choose the aluminium and glass for the job, tap a window design, type its width and height, and tap the tick: the quotation is priced, numbered and ready as a PDF. Add as many windows, doors and other items as the job needs; the total shows as you go, and the PDF can go on WhatsApp straight away.
How do I price a 12 mm glass shop front?
In The Aluminium Pro, pick one of 9 shop front designs and type the front and door sizes: the app gives the price, the price per sq ft and four PDFs. The four PDFs are the customer bill, the workshop cutting list, the supplier material list and the glass sheet; only the customer bill shows money.
Which items can I price with The Aluminium Pro?
The Aluminium Pro prices 12 mm glass shop fronts, sliding windows of 2, 3 or 4 palla, corner windows, openable windows, fixed glass, arches, doors, single slide doors, kitchen cabinets and panels on their own. Everything except the shop front can go on one quotation, each item with its own price, price per sq ft and quantity, picked from galleries of 130+ designs.
Is there an app to download?
No, The Aluminium Pro needs nothing from an app store: open it in Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone and add it to your home screen. It then opens full-screen from its own icon like any other app, works offline, and also runs in a laptop browser.
Do I ever need to go online?
Yes, The Aluminium Pro needs a connection now and then: to sign in, for your first PDF, to back up and pay, and every few days to check your package. A new phone must also go online once after you sign in. Make your first PDF with a connection, so the phone saves the PDF maker (an app update can need this again). After a few days with no connection — the app tells you how many — a new quotation waits until you connect; the quotations you have already made always stay open, to download and share.
